   In the framework of the H2020 project PreFlexMS as a part of a solar
   thermal demonstrator power plant for molten salt, the so-called Water
   and Steam Skid with a thermal power of 5 MW shall be subcontracted by
   DLR.
   The contract comprises the detailed engineering, procurement, and
   integration of process components, as well as the pre-fabrication, the
   transport, and the on-site erection of the Water and Steam Skid in
   Évora Portugal.

   II.2.4)Beschreibung der Beschaffung:
   The consortium of the H2020 project PreFlexMS will erect commission and
   operate a once-through steam generator within a solar thermal pilot
   power plant with molten salt as heat transfer fluid in Évora, Portugal.
   As counterpart of the steam generator, the so-called Water and Steam
   Skid is to be procured. It represents the water and steam cycle of the
   power plant and its main task is to simulate the turbine cycle and to
   dissipate heat.
   Technical data and scope of delivery of the contractor:
    Nominal parameters of the cycle:
   Cooling power: 5 MWth Steam inlet: 513 ºC, 47 bar pressurized water
   outlet: 232 ºC, 174 bar
    Fully integrated skid consisting of 2 transportable modules with
   metal frame limited to dimensions allowed to be transported on roads,
    The Water and Steam Skid consist of the following main components:
   1) Feed water pump;
   2) Condensate extraction pump;
   3) Condensate tank;
   4) Electrical Heater;
   5) Pump for demineralized water;
   6) Feed-water tank;
   7) Air-cooled condenser;
   8) Desuperheating system;
   9) Sampling and dosing system
    The components sampling and dosing system (8) and desuperheating
   system (9) were already procured by the contracting authority and will
   be delivered to the contractors workshop.
    The other main components 1 to 7 are in the scope of supply of the
   contractor.
    Preferably, components shall be integrated as far as possible into
   the skid in the workshop. Deviations are allowed for huge components as
   e.g. the air-cooled condenser.
    The contracting authority specifies the process and provides the
   mechanical basic engineering contracting authority.
   The scope of work of the contractor comprises the integration, detailed
   engineering, and assembly in the following fields:
    Mechanical: Structures, tools, Hangers and welding,
    Process: Piping, valves, and fittings,
    Electrical: Cabling and junction boxes,
    Delivery and erection of fully integrated modules on site in Évora
   (Portugal),
    Delivery and erection time shall be 13 months in total.
   II.2.14)Zusätzliche Angaben
   The tender starts upon approval of the project sponsor, but not before
   Aug 2018.
