    Construction of 60No new build residential dwellings in a mix of two and
    three bedrooms all of two storey construction on a previously cleared
    brownfield site. Project includes for all infrastructure works within the
    Ardler district of Dundee. There is currently a design team in place
    developing the detailed proposals and it is the intent of the employer to
    novate the design team to the successful contractor on award of the
    contract. The details of the design team are contained within the PQQ
    Document.

    met: Interested parties must complete a pre-qualification questionnaire
    ("PQQ") which can be obtained from the point of contact in point I. 1. The
    PQQ shall (among other matters) require the interested party to confirm
    whether it does or does not meet any of the criteria for rejection of
    economic operators as set out in regulation 23 of The Public Contracts
    (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/1) as amended. Please also see PQQ.

    Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Ltd does not bind itself to accept
    the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to cancel the procurement
    process at any stage. Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Ltd will not
    be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing interest in, or
    tendering for, this contract. Compliance with all relevant legislation is
    required during the tendering process and the terms of any resulting
    contract. Any contract awarded will be subject to laws of Scotland. Under
    this procurement the successful bidder will be required to support the
    contracting authority''s economic and social regeneration objectives.
    Accordingly contract performance conditions may relate, in particular, to
    social and environmental considerations. Dates and other information

    Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Sanctuary Scotland
    Housing Association Limited will allow the relevant standsill period to
    elapse at the point when information on the award of the contract is
    communicated to bidders. The relevant standstill period is 10 days from
    the date on which Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited notifies
    bidders of the award of the contract if using electronic means, or 15 days
    if using other means. This period allows unsuccessful bidders to consider
    the information provided by Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited
    before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of
    the contract has not been successfully resolved, The Public Contract
    (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006 No. 1), as amended, provide for
    aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach
    of the rules to take action in the relevant Sheriff Court or the Court of
    Session. Any such action must generally be brought within three months (or
    within 30 days in the case of proceedings seeking an ineffectiveness
    order). Where a contract has not been entered into, or if it has been
    entered into and the proceedings are brought within 30 days of the date
    referred to above, the Court may order a setting aside of the award
    decision, or grant an effectiveness order, and order Sanctuary Scotland
    Housing Association Limited to amend any document and may award damages.
    If the contract has been entered into and proceedings are brought after 30
    days of the date referred to above, the court may only award damages.
