SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION
II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:

design group.

II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The procurement
of engineering design services in connection the establishment of a new
Smestad fire and ambulance station. Oslo municipality (the Awarding
Authority) shall build a new fire and ambulance station in Viggo
Hansteensvei 26, Oslo. The completed sketch drawings project verifies that
the area is suitable for the purpose. 20.6.2007 Oslo City Council approved
a new development plan for Viggo Hansteensvei 26, land number 32/title
number 934. The object of the development plan is to build a new fire and
ambulance station. The plans are based on the construction of 2 buildings.
1 office/barrack building and 1 combined building for workshops, car
sheds, gymnasium and technical rooms with associated activities. The
built-up area is approx. 1 920 m2. The 2 buildings are suggested to be
connected together with an intermediate building which forms a main
entrance and main communication area between the buildings. The rear edge
of the car sheds is situated on an approx. 10 m wide area in 2 floors
which shall intercept the workshops, storage areas, technical rooms and
emergency wardrobes in the first floor, as well as gymnasium, ventilation
room, etc. in the second floor. The office/barrack building is designed as
a 2 floors building where the first floor shall contain parking areas. The
system will provide options for future expansion by building-in the
parking area. The existing building at the site shall be demolished. The
contract involves complete project engineering design services in
accordance with descriptions given in the tender documents.
