Upgrading of 4 Hospitals.

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Government
of Vietnam has received a Financial Contribution from the Federal
Republic of Germany through KfW Development Bank to support the
Vietnamese health sector through a programme of upgrading 4 hospitals
with basic hospital equipment. It is intended that parts of this
contribution will be applied for eligible payments under the contract for
procurement of hospital equipment for which this Invitation for
Pre-Qualification is issued.
